LSD helped me recover from pill addiction

So I am a recovering alcoholic and heroin addict for 13 years now. I got clean and sober using AA when I was 23 years old. I was clean for about 6 years then I relapsed on prescription drugs.

After months of doing LSD weekly, there was one day I was thinking of my behaviors while I was using the prescriptions. While high on lsd I realized that I just did not want to use prescription drugs anymore. I went into another room just to myself. That night I made a promise to myself I was not going to use prescription drugs anymore.

That has been 2.5 years ago now. I have not used one prescription drug since. I integrate psychedelics into my recovery process now. I love who I am today. I am able to be at peace with myself. I cope better with life on life terms. I am a better mom and all around happy person.
